Accessibility Statement
Our standard
We aim for WCAG 2.1 level AA, the level required by the European standard EN 301 549. We make one product, ShopOffen, that checks other people’s shops for accessibility — so our own pages have to pass the same check first.
Where we are
Our site partially conforms to WCAG 2.1 AA: we know of no failures, but no independent auditor has reviewed it yet, and automated tools find only part of the possible problems.
- Automated scan — on September 25, 2026 we ran axe-core over 22 pages: the studio home page, pricing, the legal pages, the notes index, all seven language versions of ShopOffen and the home page of every product. Result: 0 violations.
- What we built in on purpose — a “skip to content” link and a main landmark on every page, text contrast of at least 4.5:1, links in body text you can tell apart without colour, and labels on every form field.
- Not done yet — a full manual review by keyboard and with screen readers.
Known limitations
- Pages run by others — checkout on Hotmart, chats on WhatsApp and the Instagram account are run by those companies; we can’t change their accessibility.
- Generated content — ShopOffen reports and data samples are built automatically. They use the same templates and colours as our pages, but every single one is not reviewed by a person.
Tell us about a barrier
If you can’t use something on our site, or need content in another format, write to contact@peculiar.systems. Say which page and what happened — a screenshot helps, but isn’t needed. A person reads every message; we reply within 5 working days and tell you what we’ll change and when.
How we keep it this way
After every visual change we scan the affected pages again and fix what the scan finds. This statement is reviewed whenever the site changes substantially, and at least once a year; the date above changes with it.
